Q: I keep getting e-blasts from other partners. How can I have one of those sent out for my business?

A: It’s easy! Contact our Partner Services team and we’ll get you more infomation.


Q: Can I bring a guest to the next Visit Seattle Partner Event?

A: Visit Seattle partner events are one of the greatest benefits of becoming a Partner and our events are typically geared towards partners only. However, if you know of someone who is interesting in joining Visit Seattle as a Partner, we suggest they attend one of our Partner Connect events to learn more.


Q: Confidential Convention Digest: What is it and how do I access it?

A: The digest is an insightful, exclusive document for Visit Seattle Partners only. It lists upcoming meetings and conventions in Seattle, along with meeting planner contact information. If you are a Partner, you can access a copy of the most recent Confidential Convention Digest via the Visit Seattle Partner Extranet.


Q: How do I update my listings on the Visit Seattle website and in Visit Seattle publications?

A: Visit Seattle Partners may update their various listings via the Partner Extranet. Log in and let us know if you have any questions.


Q: I don’t see my question here. Who can I reach out to at Visit Seattle?

A: We would be happy to help! Each Partner is assigned a Visit Seattle Partnership Manager to help them manage their account and benefits. If you don’t know who your Partnership Manager is, simply send us an email to and we’ll get you connected!
